The meeting, organised and hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, was attended by the of rectors and representatives of partner universities. Inter-institutional conventions on double degree programs specifically regarding the LMPI Cybersecurity curricula were signed by the Universities participating in the project. The Bologna standards, integrated into the curricula developed in the framework of the LMPI project, allow to translate national credits into ICTS for each course, thus opening the possibility to partner country Universities to be integrated into European study plans. Further to the agreements signed during the Ceremony, students from partner Universities in Moldova, Vietnam and Kazakhstan will be able to attend part of their courses in EU Universities, have ICTS recognised for courses attended in their Universities of origin, and obtain a diploma from both institutions.

The meeting provided the opportunity for rectors from all partner Universities to exchange and discuss further cooperation opportunities, including the possibility of additional double diploma agreements that will be developed and imoplemented during the project and after it.
